Project Manager – Field Maintenance

Richglen Maintenance Services is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team for a 2-year fixed-term contract in the Blackwater Area. This role is based on-site, with meals and accommodation provided, and offers a Monday-to-Friday schedule (38 hours per week), with potential overtime when required.

About the Role

As a Project Manager – Field Maintenance, you will:

  • Lead and manage the project team, ensuring the project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Oversee all aspects of the project, including formal contract documentation, schedules, budget tracking and performance reporting.

  • Manage, motivate, and coordinate team members to achieve project success.

  • Ensure strict adherence to commercial contracts, engineering standards, and safety regulations.

  • Provide mentorship and coaching to support continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidates

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Mechanical or Electrical trade background.

  • Dragline Experience preferred.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • The ability to build scope of works from tender documentation.

  • Proven experience delivering medium and large-scale projects.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.

  • Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.

  • A commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
