The original Richglen logo – the company's emblem from inception in 2014.

Richglen Maintenance Services Pty Ltd celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2024 and, with it, the release of a new look for the company. The original black, red and white logo has journeyed with Richglen from the beginning, when managing director Matt Borg packed his toolbox into his Toyota HiLux and ventured over the hill in search of work in the Bowen Basin.

The process behind the new design

The Richglen slogan, 'It’s our people that make the difference', is something the company wears with pride, so a smart spin-off was etched for the new logo. Say hello to, 'THE DIFFERENCE > OUR PEOPLE'.

The new Richglen logo better reflects the capabilities and vision of the company in 2024.

The original logo incorporated an image of a dragline bucket, representing the dragline shutdown maintenance work that was central to Richglen's operations in the early days. A decade later, Richglen's capabilities have grown beyond draglines so that icon has been removed for a cleaner, more timeless look.

While the company’s registered business remains ‘Richglen Maintenance Services Pty Ltd', the logo version has been shortened to 'Richglen'. After all, that's the name most used by clients and the community.

Quotes attributable to Richglen managing director Matt Borg:

“Over the past 10 years, Richglen has experienced substantial growth. We have expanded the company, evolved our offerings, and entrenched our good name in Central and North Queensland’s mining and sugar milling industries.

“With our upcoming relocation to our brand new, custom-built premises at Dozer Drive, Paget, it seemed like the perfect time to revisit our logo and update it to reflect Richglen in 2024 and beyond.”
